2. Use of the Platform
ViralTrack is a creator analytics and content generation platform. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
ViralTrack operates on a monthly subscription model. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Content and Data
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to add creators to the platform. ViralTrack analyzes publicly available social media data. AI-generated content is provided as-is — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before use.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ViralTrack to harass, stalk, or collect data on individuals without consent. You may not resell or redistribute the platform without written permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
ViralTrack is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
