We use your information to provide and improve ViralTrack, communicate with you about your account, and send product updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Creator Data
ViralTrack analyzes publicly available social media posts from creator accounts you add to the platform. This data is used solely to provide analytics and content generation features within your account.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Fly.io. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered features, Google Sheets API for export functionality, and Apify for social media data collection. Each of these services has their own privacy policies.
7. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@viraltrack.org.
